galph-air / deck in progress

The deck is being written.

It publishes here, at this address, shortly. Until then there is a version of it that is better than a PDF anyway, which is me walking you through it while you ask questions in the middle.

What is in it

Seven sections. Three of them you can already read.

The deck extends the public landing rather than repeating it. The parts that are already public stay public; what is being written is everything with a number in it.

Premise and positioningon the landing
How it works, module by moduleon the landing
What exists and what does noton the landing
Unit economics: cost per traveller, what six seats have to sell forwriting
The licensing route in two countries, and what it costs to sit stillwriting
Why I think the book is the actual product, and how I could be wrongqueued

The product

And this is what it would look like on the internet.

The travel company's own site, designed in the same system as everything else in the lab. The frame below is a mockup of a site that has not been built yet.

The route is built backwards from the light.

Six travellers, one guide, and an itinerary that starts at the hour a place is actually worth photographing.

Mockup. The domain is not registered, the site is not built and the company is not licensed. When any of that changes, this frame becomes a link.

In the meantime

I would rather show you than send you a file.

A deck is a worse version of this conversation. If you want to see where it stands before it is published, I can take you through the whole thing live: the routing, the numbers as they are today, and the parts I am still arguing with myself about.

Write to me and we will put a time on the calendar. If you would rather just wait for the document, that works too, and it lands on this page.

Both buttons open your own mail client. Nothing is stored on this site and there is no list to unsubscribe from. I read these myself and answer them myself.
